Northstate Cat Coalition is a 501(c)(3) collective of cat rescuers caring for the ferals and friendlies of rural Far Northern California through TNR (trap-neuter-return/rehome), colony management, fostering, neonate and hospice care, and community education. In our vast territory with few resources, we go above and beyond to rescue cats in need.
